El Máster en Gestión de Moda y Lujo tiene como objetivo formar a profesionales con un passiofortlearningrn hacer un impacto en el sistema de la moda y el lujo, el mercado y la industria. Laboratorio de Práctica Empresarial con Valentino
Durante el taller Business Practice Lab con Valentino, los estudiantes trabajarán con directivos para definir una estrategia que guíe a los clientes a través del recorrido del comprador de los productos VALENTINO. Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de ponerse en la piel del Director de su marca, desarrollar una marca global de moda o de lujo y definir la estrategia operativa, el posicionamiento en el mercado y la fijación de precios. Serán guiados para definir el surtido de productos y la estrategia de distribución como un Global Manager.

Rome Business School Practice Lab is the place where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by Valentino managers.
They will examine different specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network while sharing their experience and expertise with the students. This Lab is entirely run by Valentino managers with whom you will create strategies to guide customers through the customer journey of Valentino products.

An educational experience
At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.
Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generations.
You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test the knowledge learned during the master’s course.
