El programa de Máster en Gestión de las Artes y la Cultura tiene como objetivo desarrollar las competencias directivas clave para gestionar y dirigir organizaciones creativas, eventos culturales y productos artísticos, comunicar marcas culturales impactantes y destacar como líderes innovadores, creativos y responsables en la industria global de las artes y la cultura.

El Máster en Gestión de las Artes y la Cultura está diseñado para desarrollar gestores & profesionales que se embarcarán en un papel directivo en el sector internacional de las Artes y la Cultura. El Máster en Gestión de las Artes y la Cultura tiene como objetivo introducir y desarrollar una comprensión de los conceptos, principios, herramientas y técnicas de gestión cultural, y poner de relieve cómo hacer frente a los problemas actuales en el campo de la cultura y las artes.
El programa de máster ofrece una gran exposición a empresas y profesionales del sector. Los estudiantes realizarán un recorrido experiencial como visitas a empresas, y conferencias con profesionales del mundo del arte como UNESCO, la Ópera de Roma, la Galería Nacional de Arte Moderno, el Museo MAXXI, y otros.

Nuestro módulo experiencial lleva tu aprendizaje al siguiente nivel mientras dominas el arte de gestionar un teatro de primera mano en el histórico Teatro Dell'Opera di Roma, una joya cultural en funcionamiento desde 1880. Mejora tus habilidades y adquiere una valiosa experiencia práctica.

Conozca cómo funcionan día a día empresas como la Galleria Nazionale, el MAXXI y el Teatro dell'Opera di Roma. The program employs a highly qualified faculty of arts and cultural professionals, academic experts, and advisors who will share their vast experience and provide quality education. Students will be immersed in a stimulating and interactive learning environment that will foster the development of their professional skills.
During the master’s program, students will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, and tours of museums and cultural institutions, and collaborate on group projects that reflect real challenges in the field. Practice Lab | In partnership with
Rome Business School Practice Lab is the place where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by MAXXI managers who will examine different specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network while sharing their experience and expertise with the students. This Lab is entirely run by MAXXI managers with whom you will create a strategy to guide customers through the customer’s journey of MAXXI.

The Global Trends lab consists of 2 virtual sessions:
Session 1: How to Find Sources to identify global trends. Deep dive into the global world trends shaping the world of today – guest speakers from UN, UNIDO, and ILO. Examples of Global Trends:

- AI, Blockchain, and Technology
- The World in 2030 – Future Scenarios (UN, IMF, ECB)
Session 2: Understand the impact of global trends on businesses, and explore ways in which businesses can adapt and transform based on future trends and forward-thinking strategies.
20% Captstone Project
At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.
Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generations.
You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test the knowledge learned during the master’s course.
